Revocation policy

Commissioned circuit boards and templates are goods manufactured according to client's specification. According to § 312 d) para. 4, No. 1 BGB, therefore, there exists no right of revocation for consumers.

1. Right of revocation

You may revoke your declaration to conclude a contract within a period of 2 weeks in textual form (e.g. letter, facsimile, email) without stating a reason, or - if the item is placed at your disposal prior to the expiry of this period - by returning the item. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in textual form, but not before receipt of the goods at the receiver (in case of recurring delivery of the same type of goods not before receiving the partial delivery) and not before we have met our information duties according to § 312 c) para. 2 BGB i. a. w. § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV, as well as our duties according to § 312 e) para. 1. clause 1 BGB i. a. w. § 3 BGB-InfoV. For the preservation of the revocation period, the punctual dispatch of the revocation or of the item is sufficient. The revocation is to be addressed to:

2. Revocation consequences

In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) that may have been accrued shall be released. If you are unable to release the rendered service either in full or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you may be liable to pay compensation in this respect. In case of items surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the item exclusively results from its inspection - such as would be the case in a store, for example. For the rest, you may avoid the obligation to provide compensation for any deterioration of the item caused by the intended use by not using the item as if it was your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. Items suitable for delivery by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning if the goods delivered are in conformity with those ordered, and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40.- €, or in case of a higher price of the item you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of revocation. Otherwise, the return shall be free of charge for you. Items not able to be sent as a parcel will be picked up at your place. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. For you, the period begins upon dispatch of your statement of revocation or of the item, for us, upon reception thereof.
