Power of revocation

With in order given printed circuit boards and templates it concerns goods, which are made after Kundenspezifikation. In accordance with § 312 d) exp. 4, No. 1 BGB exists for consumers from there no right of revocation.

1. Right of withdrawal

They know your contract explanation within 2 weeks without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. Letter, fax, email) or - one leaves if to you the thing before expiration - by return of the thing recall. The period does not begin 2 BGB ith Vth M. after receipt of this instruction in text form, however before entrance of the commodity with the receiver (in the case of the recurring supply of homogenous goods not before entrance of the partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our duties to supply information in accordance with § 312 c) exp. § 1 exp. 1, 2 and 4 BGB InfoV as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312 e) exp. 1st sentence 1 BGB ith Vth M. § 3 BGB InfoV. 2. Revocation consequences

In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) that may have been accrued shall be released. If you are unable to release the rendered service either in full or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you may be liable to pay compensation in this respect. In case of items surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the item exclusively results from its inspection - such as would be the case in a store, for example. For the rest, you may avoid the obligation to provide compensation for any deterioration of the item caused by the intended use by not using the item as if it was your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. Items suitable for delivery by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning if the goods delivered are in conformity with those ordered, and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40.- €, or in case of a higher price of the item you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of revocation. Otherwise, the return shall be free of charge for you. Items not able to be sent as a parcel will be picked up at your place. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. For you, the period begins upon dispatch of your statement of revocation or of the item, for us, upon reception thereof.
